Policy for Subscription and Payment Issues

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your dashboard. Once cancelled, your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for unused time. However, if you were charged multiple times or faced a technical issue, contact us immediately at contact@smartwares.in.

3. Failed Payments

In case of failed transactions or expired cards, your premium access may be temporarily paused. You can reactivate it by updating your payment method.
